So, after a career at one of the UK’s largest HR consultancy firms, and heading up the HR functions of both large and small businesses across a range of sectors - including the housing sector, NHS, financial services, charity and retail - Michelle Hollewyn established Holla HR to offer a more personal, hands-on solution.
Since 2022, we’ve guided and supported business owners (like you!) in proactively structuring your HR approach, to give you the most freedom and autonomy possible whilst fostering connection and community in your team.
